Oregon Professional Engineers are required to complete 30 professional development hours biennially, and a maximum of 15 PDH may be carried forward into the next PE license renewal cycle.

Professional Engineers with last names beginning with A through F, PE license renewal deadline is December 31 of odd-numbered years.

Professional Engineers with last names beginning with G through K, PE license renewal deadline is June 30 of odd-numbered years.

Professional Engineers with last names beginning with L through R, PE license renewal deadline is December 31 of even-numbered years.

Professional Engineers with last names beginning with S through Z, PE license renewal deadline is June 30 of even-numbered years.

PDH Courses are required to be technical in nature and must pertain to the professional engineer's license. The Oregon PE Board, states that online, internet base PDH courses are acceptable.
