Minnesota PE Requirements to Renew Licence

Minnesota requires 24 PDHs per biennium. Of the 24, two PDHs must be dedicated to professional ethics. Minnesota allows for a carryover of up to 50% of the PDHs in excess of 24, however, the two PDH ethics requirement must be met each biennium and no carryover of ethics continuing education is permitted.
Minnesota conducts random audits to ensure compliance.
