The Missouri Board does not pre-approve specific courses or providers, so professional engineers must ensure the content is relevant to their field.
Renewal Dates
- Biennial Renewal: Missouri Professional Engineer Licenses must be renewed by December 31st of every even-numbered year. Professional Engineers licensed in odd-numbered years must renew by December 31st of every odd-numbered year.
Record Keeping and Audits
- Self-Evaluation: Professional Engineers are responsible for evaluating the suitability of their PE continuing education activities.
- Documentation: PE Licensees must maintain records of their PE continuing education PDH activities in case of an audit by the Missouri Board.
